AREFLH is a partner in a new EU programme on "Innovative Business models for soil health"

NOVASOIL focuses on innovative business models to foster soil health across Europe. The general objective is to highlight the benefits of investments in soil health for society and the environment. To reach this objective a toolbox will be developed to analyze the suitability of different business cases that promote soil health. This toolbox will be based on a set of good examples from Europe and other countries, tailored to the needs and demands of society.

The kick-off meeting of the NOVASOIL project took place on the 29th and 30th of November 2022 in an online meeting.  AREFLH as a partner of this project participated in the online meetings.

The NOVASOIL consortium gathers over 15 institutions and 1 associated partner from 11 European countries covering a broad range of actors (associations, universities, companies, and institutions). The Horizon Europe project will run for the next three years and is expected to deliver its results in 2025.

The Work package leaders and co-leaders also presented their planned activities and fine-tune management approaches and duties.
