The seventh project meeting of CONSOLE aimed at focussing on planning of the next nine months of the project and the organisation of a series of local workshops and training related to research activities. 

 

The meeting was held on the 24th & 25th of January 2022.

The workshops presented landowners and stakeholders survey results, feedback and to identify lessons learned. Another purpose is to promote the adoption of the results-based contract type.

 

CONSOLE training activity will be oriented to the personnel and entities from outside the project and will address the use of the framework and the innovative concept of the agri-environmental-climate public goods (AECPG).

 

During the meeting of 24th and 25th January participants also discussed activities related to the multiplier event, roadshows and demonstration. The multiplier events will consist in the involvement of the key stakeholders to implement the strategies for the information flow and the co-working and to the participation of the project activities. These events will be organized in Brussels.

 

Regarding the roadshow, the aim is to present the results of the project and the contract solutions studied during the life of the project. Each country will organize one event, for a total of thirteen.

 

The CONSOLE project aims to promote innovation in the sustainable delivery of agri-environmental-climate public goods in EU agriculture and forestry. The CONSOLE framework will allow for better design and facilitate the implementation of innovative contractual solutions for the supply of AECPG under various conditions across the EU.
